Informed Consent & Assumption of Risk
This Acknowledgement of Risk Form, along with the Schedule of Details (once Agreed and booked), forms part of your contract for recreational services and activities, including all water, sporting, and leisure activities provided by Inflatable Land UK - a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10368211. References to 'Participants' pertain to anyone engaging in activities provided by Inflatable Land UK. This form outlines the terms under which facilities and activities are provided by Inflatable Land UK.
At Inflatable Land UK, we prioritize your health and safety. However, it is important to note that participation in any of our activities can be potentially hazardous, potentially leading to injury or even death.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY BEFORE CONFIRMING THE STATEMENTS BELOW
I, the Participant or Parent/Guardian of the Participant(s), confirm the following:
1. I confirm that the Participant(s) is/are willing and allowed to participate in activities organized by Inflatable Land UK. The Participant and (if applicable) the Parent/Guardian of the Participant are of sound mind and body and understand the risks associated with these activities. The Parent/Guardian has the authority to act on behalf of the Minor Participant to enter into this acknowledgment of risk.
2. I understand and accept that participation in activities at Inflatable Land UK (the "Activities") carries a risk of physical or emotional injury, paralysis, or death, and damage to property. Therefore, the Participant(s) will use Inflatable Land UK's equipment and facilities (the "Facilities") sensibly and responsibly, complying with all notices, instructions, and directions from Inflatable Land UK staff. I accept these risks and agree to inform all minors under my care of these risks prior to their participation. I acknowledge that injuries or death can occur, not necessarily due to defective equipment or negligence by Inflatable Land UK.
3. I agree that the Participant(s) shall not engage in any activities provided by Inflatable Land UK without having read or been explained the safety rules. The Participant(s) will comply with these rules at all times and will raise any concerns or lack of understanding before participating in the activities.
4. I acknowledge that using the Facilities at Inflatable Land UK events may cause friction burns to exposed skin, and it is recommended to minimize exposed skin. Extra care must be taken if surfaces are slippery. Wearing socks with grip tread soles is recommended.
5. All Participants acknowledge that the activities provided by Inflatable Land UK require a reasonable level of fitness and ability, and that they have the required fitness and ability to participate.
6. I acknowledge that the Participant(s) are responsible for their own safety and the safety of others while engaging in the Activities. Activities may be undertaken without direct supervision, and Participants must comply with instructions given by Inflatable Land UK staff or signage. All Participants must adhere to height, weight, and age restrictions, with a minimum age of five years for all sessions (unless accompanied by an adult at all times). Minor Participants under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
7. I acknowledge and agree that Participants should not perform moves or tricks (e.g., tumbling, flipping, diving) and must avoid rough play or wrestling.
8. I confirm that the Participant(s) is/are in good health and free from any medical conditions (including pregnancy) that may be aggravated by participating in Inflatable Land UK activities. The Participant(s) does/do not have any condition that would make the activities more dangerous or increase the risk of injury.
9. I acknowledge that pregnant women cannot participate in activities at Inflatable Land UK.
10. If Participants have any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries, they have sought medical advice before participating in any activities. Inflatable Land UK does not provide medical advice regarding physical condition or ability to undertake the activities.
11. Participants do not suffer from conditions such as circulatory issues, heart or lung conditions, recent surgery, back or neck issues, high blood pressure, musculoskeletal injuries, or any condition that may be exacerbated by participation.
12. Inflatable Land UK is not liable for any damage or loss to property incurred while participating in activities.
13. I acknowledge and accept all risks associated with the activities and understand that participation is voluntary. 14. I agree to the following:
• Remove all jewellery, mobile phones, keys, sharp objects, glasses, false nails, and valuables before participating.
• Not eat or drink while participating in the activities.
• Not bring alcohol, drugs, or intoxicating substances to the event site. Participants suspected of being under the influence will be refused entry or removed without refund.
• Comply with all rules and directions from Inflatable Land UK staff. Participants displaying inappropriate behaviour may be ejected without refund.
1. Participants should wear suitable attire, such as comfortable, loose clothing covering arms and legs, and socks must be worn at all times. Hooded clothing and items with sharp attachments are not permitted.
2. By Agreeing to the terms and booking tickets, I confirm that I have read, understood, and accepted the terms of the Acknowledgement of Risk information provided by Inflatable Land UK.
3. Inflatable Land UK is not responsible for lost or damaged items left in storage facilities or elsewhere on-site.
4. Inflatable Land UK may assign or transfer the benefit of this form or its rights and obligations to a third party.
5. Personal belongings are not covered by Inflatable Land UK's insurance.
6. I consent to Inflatable Land UK photographing or recording activities for promotional or other purposes without payment.
7. Participants may not bring their own food or drink to the event site, except for infants or allergy-specific items agreed upon with Inflatable Land UK.
8. Inflatable Land UK's liability is not limited for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud. Otherwise, Inflatable Land UK is not liable for indirect or consequential loss or damage.
9. This form is governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the jurisdiction of their courts.
10. Participants are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrivals may not participate, and no refunds will be given for missed sessions.

By agreeing to this Disclaimer and booking/purchasing tickets, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions of the Acknowledgement of Risk Form provided by Inflatable Land UK. I understand the risks involved and assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur as a result of participation in Inflatable Land UK activities.
